Refund / Shipping & Customs Policy

1. Product Use and Condition

  1. (1) If the product shows no effect or causes unexpected side effects after use

    The effectiveness of filler, botulinum toxin, and skin booster products may vary depending on each individual’s skin condition, application method, practitioner’s skill, and storage conditions. These are considered individual reactions rather than product defects, and therefore refunds are not available.

    If you believe the issue is related to product contamination or expiration, please contact cs@filleroutlet.com for further assistance.

  2. (2) If the product feels too warm or contains too few ice packs

    Temperature changes during international air shipping are unavoidable. All products are shipped under the manufacturer’s recommended storage conditions, and the product temperature upon arrival may vary depending on the local climate.

    Refunds cannot be issued based on the temperature of the product upon delivery.

  3. (3) If the product is damaged (e.g., broken vial)

    Refund or reshipment will be processed after verification upon submission of clear photo and video evidence of the damaged area. Please make sure to provide all relevant photos and videos of the damaged product.

    All refund requests due to product damage must be clearly verifiable through photos.

  4. (4) If the product packaging is dented, wet, or appears opened

    FillerOutlet sells only genuine products supplied directly from authorized manufacturers and distributors. Refunds cannot be issued for suspicions of authenticity without verifiable evidence.

  6. (6) If the product appears deteriorated (abnormal color, smell, or texture)

    Please submit photos or other supporting evidence. After internal review, we will inform you of the refund eligibility and next steps.

  7. (7) If the received product differs from the product description (volume, components, etc.)

    If the actual product differs in volume or components from the details listed on the product page, a refund will be issued.

  8. (8) If the product packaging differs from the images on the product page

    Manufacturers may update or renew product packaging without prior notice. If the product name, formula, and volume remain the same, the product is considered equivalent, and refunds cannot be issued for packaging differences.

2. Order and Shipment Issues

  1. (1) If the product you ordered is missing or different from what you ordered

    FillerOutlet keeps photo records of all packed orders before shipment.
    If you report a missing or incorrect item, our team will verify your claim based on these internal packing photos. If our records confirm that an item was missing from your order, we will proceed with a refund or reshipment. If the internal photos show that all ordered products were properly packed, a refund or reshipment cannot be provided.
    In the event of a dispute, we may share the relevant packing photo as verification evidence.

3. Issues After Delivery

  1. (1) If the order is marked as delivered but the package is missing (and the delivery address is correct)

    We will first check the delivery tracking record with the courier to confirm if there was any issue. If the courier confirms that the delivery was successfully completed to the correct address, a refund may not be possible.
    You may file a complaint directly with the courier, but a full refund cannot be guaranteed.

  2. (2) If the order seems to have been delivered to the wrong address

    We will check the shipment and delivery tracking records with the courier and update you individually.
    If the courier confirms that the package was successfully delivered without issue, a refund may not be possible.

  3. (3) If the product arrived but was significantly delayed (over 3 weeks)

    Please return the product and share the return tracking number with us.
    Once we receive the returned product, we will issue a refund or reshipment accordingly.

  4. (4) If only the outer box was damaged but the product itself is intact

    Outer packaging may be damaged during international transport.
    If the product itself is undamaged and fully functional, a refund cannot be issued.

  5. (5) If the product arrived but was exposed to high temperature during transit (over 3 weeks delivery time)

    If more than 3 weeks have passed since the order was placed, and you are concerned about the product’s condition due to prolonged transit or high temperature exposure, you may return the product for a refund or reshipment after verification.

  6. (6) Refunds or Exchanges Due to Change of Mind or Personal Reasons

    If you wish to request a refund or exchange due to a change of mind or any personal reason not attributable to our company, it is only possible under the following conditions and within 7 days from the date of receipt. Requests made after 7 days will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

    The product must be unopened and unused.

    – Return shipping costs (both outbound and inbound) are the responsibility of the customer.
    – Any shipping fees already paid are non-refundable. In addition, the return must be shipped at the customer’s own expense to the designated Filler Outlet return address in Korea. A refund will only be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

    Please note that any product that has been opened or used is not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.

4. Shipping and Customs Issues

  1. (1) If the delivery is delayed (within 3 weeks)

    Refunds cannot be issued for short delays caused by unavoidable factors such as flight schedules, weather conditions, or customs inspections.

  2. (2) If the delivery is delayed (over 3 weeks)

    Please return the product and provide us with the return tracking number.
    Once we receive the returned item, we will proceed with a refund or reshipment.

  3. (3) If customs clearance fails (shipment returned)

    If the package is returned due to customs failure, you may choose between a full refund or reshipment of the same product.

  4. (4) If the original shipment arrives after a replacement has been sent

    You may either return the original shipment or keep it by paying for the additional order.
    (If you decide to keep the additional shipment, we can provide a partial discount for the extra payment as a courtesy.)

All orders are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). If you pay using a credit card in another currency, your card issuer may apply a foreign exchange or conversion fee. In the event of a refund, the refunded amount may differ due to currency conversion fees applied by your card issuer.
Here are our standard guidelines for ice pack packaging with Botox orders:
