Consider total vitamin D intake from food and supplements
Monitor calcium levels regularly
Stop treatment if:
Serum calcium > 10.5 mg/dL
Urinary calcium > 4 mg/kg/day in adults

Do not administer to:
Patients with hypersensitivity to any components
Hypercalcemia, hypercalciuria, or renal impairment
Patients with calcium oxalate stones, sarcoidosis, or pseudoparathyroidism
Bedridden patients or patients with limited mobility

Overdose may cause:
Headache, fatigue, muscle pain
Loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, constipation, or diarrhea
Polydipsia, polyuria, dehydration
High blood pressure, kidney damage, calcium stones
Hypercalcemia, hyperphosphatemia, vascular calcification, growth disturbances
