Shipping fee
All orders shipped from Seoul, Korea. We ship all products via FedEx.
Shipping is free for purchases over 1,000 dollars.
If you purchase less than 1,000 dollars, you will be charged a base shipping fee of 40 dollars.
Refund policy
- The buyer can request a refund or exchange only within 7 days of receiving the product. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. This timeframe is based on calendar days, not business days, from the date you receive the product.
- If you request a refund, you should write down (Name, Purchased product, reason for refund) and send an e-mail to cs@filleroutlet.com
- If the refund is made due to the buyer's change of mind, the refund will be made after excluding the additional cost for the return fee.
- In case of product damage or misdelivery, the buyer has to ship the product to "Filleroutlet" and exchange or refund it to another product.
- (The buyer has to pay for your shipment to Filleroutlet.)
- If "Filleroutlet" delivers another product to the buyer due to product damage or misdelivery, "Filleroutlet" will pay for the delivery fee.
- If the buyer's purchase has expiration date of less than 6 months, send the product to "Filleroutlet" and you can exchange it for another product.
- (The buyer has to pay for your shipment to Filleroutlet.)
- Due to expiration date issues, "Filleroutlet" will pay for shipping other products to the buyer.
- If the product is returned to "Filleroutlet" for reasons such as "No Delivery," "Reject Receipt," "Not Receiving" or "No Customs Clearance in Buyer's Country" while shipping to the place designated by Buyer, the cost of return will not be refunded.
- For the above reasons, additional costs for return are excluded from the refund amount when proceeding with the refund.
